What you will do

• Own sales targets for the assigned area and ensure sales programs achieve their goals.
• Visit merchants daily and maintain strong relationships with store PICs.
• Ensure promotional POP materials are correctly placed in stores.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams on sales performance, competitors, and field issues.
• Manage approximately 15–20 Sales Promoters and monitor their daily activities.
• Conduct initial and refresher training for the field team.

Requirements

• At least a Senior High School qualification or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team and sales area.
• Good communication and social media marketing skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Excel.
• Availability to work shifts.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales within financial services, such as insurance or unit trusts.
