Power Platform Engineer (AI)

Location: Ukraine; Fully Remote

What you will do

• Design, build, and test automation workflows and AI agents against approved specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Develop low-code solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, alongside traditional automation where required.
• Configure and tune AI agent behavior, prompts, and orchestration logic for use cases such as invoice reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Solution Architects to ensure robust data flows, integrations, and exception handling.
• Support unit and integration testing before formal QA approval.
• Package releases, prepare technical handover documentation, and support transition to monitoring teams.

Requirements

• Experience with automation platforms, low-code tooling, and AI or agent configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, or equivalent enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of prompt design, agent orchestration, and enterprise AI governance guardrails.
• Strong debugging and testing discipline, including work with acceptance criteria and QA gates.
• Experience working in pod- or squad-based delivery models with concurrent use cases.
• Ability to produce clear technical handover documentation for support and monitoring teams.
