Solutions Engineer - Agents & Automation (AI)

Location: US - Remote

Annual compensation: $150,000–$200,000, including base salary and bonus.

What you will do

• Build and deliver enterprise agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Services, and Power Platform.
• Design declarative, embedded, and custom-engine agents, including integrations, orchestration patterns, automation workflows, and business-aligned architectures.
• Implement governed Power Platform environments, including DEV/UAT/PROD strategies, managed environments, environment groups, DLP policies, pipelines, ALM, solution packaging, auditing, and lifecycle management.
• Design security and compliance controls with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Entra, covering identity, data access, monitoring, and least privilege.
• Advise customers and delivery teams on agent design, governance, evaluation, observability, operational readiness, and responsible AI practices.
• Create reference architectures, design patterns, solution templates, implementation guides, and customer training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Four or more years of experience delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related Microsoft cloud technologies, including hands-on AI or agent-based solutions.
• Production experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or Microsoft Foundry and first-party agent capabilities.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, YAML, declarative agents, and embedded agents.
• Strong understanding of agent architecture, governance, security, and lifecycle management using Microsoft Entra, Purview, Defender, and related services.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States and travel to hirify.global, partner, and customer events.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications such as AB-900, PL-600, AB-100, or AI-102, or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio, GitHub repository, or publicly available work demonstrating relevant expertise.
• Experience with Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
