What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of automation engineers and AI specialists, promoting best practices in delivery.
• Shape the AI and automation strategy, standards, and capability roadmap for the organization.
• Provide technical assurance by reviewing solution designs, architectures, and implementation approaches for AI-enabled products.
• Act as a senior technical advisor to clients, translating business requirements into automation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with the sales team to join client calls, shape proposals, and prepare statements of work.
• Implement and oversee CI/CD and ALM practices for Power Platform and AI solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work in a hybrid model from specified office locations.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and LLM prompt design (including RAG).
• Proven ability to design and implement agentic solutions and secure API integrations across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Strong understanding of governance, DLP policies, and responsible AI standards.
• Experience leading technical assurance and managing stakeholders in client-facing engagements.

• Experience with predictive analytics and applied machine learning deployment.
