AI & Automation Engineer (Power Platform): Designing and delivering secure, scalable automation and AI solutions for enterprise clients with an accent on Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure integration. Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Glasgow office (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Build, test, and deploy automation and AI-enabled solutions using Power Platform and Azure services.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to support the full delivery lifecycle.
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, APIs, and enterprise line-of-business systems.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to governance, security, and responsible AI standards.
- Troubleshoot live solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end automation solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of API integration, Microsoft 365, and enterprise system connectivity.
- Experience with testing, documentation, and release management practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Experience with Copilot Studio or conversational AI technologies.
- Knowledge of LLM capabilities, prompt design, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and ALM practices for Power Platform.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications.
