Copilot Studio, Agents & Power Platform Specialist (AI): Designing, deploying, and scaling intelligent agents and automation solutions with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure, with an accent on enterprise architecture, governance, and measurable business value. Focus on building agentic AI solutions, integrating business systems such as SAP, managing security and consumption costs, and driving adoption from proof of concept through enterprise deployment.
Location: Paris, France; hybrid work arrangement; valid visa for France required

What you will do
- Design, build, and deploy Copilot Studio agents and Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions for knowledge, support, and process automation use cases.
- Architect scalable enterprise agentic AI solutions using organizational knowledge, connectors, orchestration, and Copilot extensibility.
- Analyze business processes and deliver automation with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse, including SAP and other business system integrations.
- Lead AI and automation initiatives from proof of concept through enterprise deployment, measuring ROI and optimizing business outcomes.
- Define governance, security, compliance, data protection, publishing controls, and cost-management practices across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Gather requirements, advise stakeholders on architecture and scalability, and provide training and enablement for business and technical audiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Copilot Studio agents and Power Platform solutions in enterprise production environments.
- Strong expertise in Power Automate, including cloud and desktop/RPA automation, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions, including conversational agents, knowledge grounding, and orchestration.
- Understanding of governance, security, compliance, data protection, and cost management across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Strong consulting, communication, stakeholder-management, requirements-gathering, training, and enablement skills.
- Fluent or professional French and English required, both written and verbal.
