Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Construction Manager III, ANS (Water/Wastewater)

What you will do

• Monitor daily construction activities and perform field inspections against approved plans, specifications, contract documents, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Identify non-compliant work, coordinate corrective actions, and immediately report critical issues or potential delays.
• Monitor contractor performance, schedules, responsiveness, equipment, personnel, and overall project effectiveness.
• Coordinate with contractors, clients, regulatory agencies, and other project stakeholders.
• Review design plans for constructability and ensure changes and modifications are reflected in final plans.
• Influence contractors to meet cost, schedule, quality, and safety goals; manage payment processes and recommend adjustments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of construction or project management experience in the water/wastewater industry.
• Experience with project management, inspection supervision, project documentation, change management, estimating, scheduling, and claim mitigation.
• PE licensure and/or CCM certification, or the ability to obtain one within the first year.
• Knowledge of construction safety and health requirements and applicable regulations.
