Professional Services Consultant (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Deliver professional services engagements and projects for hirify.global customers while meeting scope, timeline, quality, and satisfaction objectives.
• Understand customer requirements, define technical requirements, and contribute to solution design.
• Conduct design workshops with customers and stakeholders remotely and onsite.
• Lead the deployment, migration, and optimization of hirify.global network security solutions.
• Provide technical consultation, troubleshoot or escalate issues, and act as a trusted customer advisor.
• Create statements of work, implementation best practices, reusable technical assets, project reports, knowledge-transfer materials, and customer documentation.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of relevant network security experience, including 5+ years in LAN/WAN or Internet support and administration and 3+ years with network security products.
• Expert knowledge of network security infrastructure, switching, routing, SD-WAN, firewalls, VPN technologies, web application firewalls, proxies, application control, content filtering, and related security technologies.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, networking and security protocols, the security threat landscape, and complex network and security troubleshooting.
• hirify.global NSE 4 certification or higher; a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Python scripting, RESTful APIs, technical support, professional services, technical assistance centers, or sales engineering.
• Ability to work according to customer schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and communicate effectively with regional and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Network security certifications from Cisco, F5, Juniper, Check Point, or AWS.
• Experience with a network security vendor.
