Location: Hybrid work from offices in Poznań, Kielce, Opole, Warszawa, Gdańsk, Lublin, Wrocław, Kraków, or Katowice, Poland

What you will do
- Maintain, support, and optimize enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and improve service reliability and performance.
- Configure and enhance routing, switching, and wireless solutions.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, modernization initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with international teams, stakeholders, and technology partners.
- Support cybersecurity, network resilience, and Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
- Strong understanding of routing, switching, TCP/IP, and network fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex network issues.
- Experience working with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and network security best practices, including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or similar standards.
- Consultative, proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills.
