Operator - Processing - Studholme

What you will do

• Set up, check, and operate automated production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Run processing and packing operations, including machine diagnostics.
• Perform quality checks and CCP monitoring to ensure production standards are met.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised work area and follow health, safety, and quality procedures.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude, planning, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
• Experience with packing machine operation, touch-screen machinery, and quality control.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet.
• Ability to work a rotating roster of two 12-hour day shifts, two 12-hour night shifts, followed by four rostered days off.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Current forklift F endorsement and OSH certification.
