Power Technology Development Integration Intern (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support development and characterization of the 55BCDL-Gen2 semiconductor technology.
• Assist with process integration optimization and performance improvement.
• Study Core, I/O, and SRAM device architectures, including electrical and reliability characteristics.
• Perform SRAM yield analysis to identify yield detractors and recommend improvements.
• Conduct physical analysis using SEM and TEM, correlating physical characteristics with electrical and reliability performance.
• Evaluate process stability using inline and ET Cpk analysis and propose process and design optimizations.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Good academic standing.
• Availability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Availability for a 16–24 week credit-bearing internship commencing January 2027.
• Ability to work safely and follow Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.

Nice to have

• Prior related internship or co-op experience.
• Leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, or competitions.
• Project management skills, including innovation, execution, and navigating ambiguity.
• Knowledge of device physics and CMOS process integration.
