What you will do

• Define, design, test, and characterize new isolation products for automotive and industrial use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IC design, process, quality, and manufacturing for product validation.
• Lead engineering programs to achieve breakthrough improvements in manufacturing yield, quality, and reliability.
• Perform detailed product yield analysis and failure investigations of device issues.

Requirements

• Degree, Master's or PhD in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in semiconductor R&D product development.
• Expertise in analog design, opto-electronics design, and/or power MOSFET design.
• Strong technical skills in product characterization, bench test setup, and ATE testing.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools for volume data and semiconductor physical failure analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience in NPI project leadership, taking products from verification to high-volume soft launch.
