Process Engineer III - (E3) (Semiconductor CVD)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $124,000–$171,000 per year, with potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Drive innovation and development of CVD process and hardware technologies.
• Define technical strategies for solving high-value process and hardware problems.
• Plan and execute complex process engineering development projects.
• Develop materials, deposition techniques, and film integration approaches for semiconductor device manufacturing.
• Perform process and hardware characterization, collect and analyze data, measure film properties, and troubleshoot engineering issues.
• Collaborate with R&D teams, vendors, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers to deliver performance solutions.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in the relevant process engineering field.
• Experience with semiconductor processing technology is beneficial.
• Ability to lead projects with significant complexity and develop execution strategies.
• Ability to break down complex challenges, evaluate process and hardware tradeoffs, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and across multidisciplinary teams.
