DevSecOps Technical Lead (AWS/Terraform)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Monday to Thursday onsite; Friday offers flexibility to choose the work location based on work requirements.

What you will do

• Design, build, enhance, and support secure CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises platforms.
• Implement DevSecOps workflows using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, YAML, Python, Bash, Docker, Terraform, Terraform Cloud, and related build tools.
• Integrate automated testing, quality controls, SAST, secure coding practices, identity and access management, secrets management, and policy enforcement.
• Support end-to-end release and platform operations, including build, testing, deployment, monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with architects, application, infrastructure, DevOps, support, and security teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions across AWS and GCP.
• Improve observability, reliability, documentation, automation standards, and operational procedures while evaluating emerging DevSecOps capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in development, DevOps engineering, or a lead capacity.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Google Cloud, infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible, and containerization with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, secure coding, infrastructure security, compliance, and application security controls.
• Experience leading technical implementations, solving complex problems, communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and prioritizing work effectively.

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification.
