Member of Technical Staff (MTS) – DevOps & Infrastructure

What you will do

• Own and operate cloud environments and infrastructure for an AI-hirify.globalrst technology stack.
• Lead the migration from historical infrastructure setups to a clean, modern, immutable framework.
• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure, orchestration layers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement monitoring, log aggregation, and real-time alerting for production AI workflows.
• Build resilient infrastructure for low-latency, multi-agent orchestration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of core DevOps or infrastructure experience.
• Strong understanding of network layers, operating system internals, and distributed systems.
• Experience with GCP or AWS, Docker or Kubernetes, Terraform or OpenTofu, CI/CD tools, and shell scripting.
• Ability to work on-site in Bangalore, India.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and changing technical requirements.
