Cloud Engineer (AWS)

Location: Bengaluru, India; office attendance at least 3 days a week for candidates within reasonable commuting distance

What you will do

• Develop, manage, and optimize Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Support the software development lifecycle through cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance.
• Implement infrastructure as code and improve automation across development and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and system administrators on automated testing and deployment practices.
• Maintain Git-based version control and provide technical troubleshooting support during deployments and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, B.Tech, B.E., or M.Tech degree in computer science or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role, including hands-on Jenkins experience.
• Strong knowledge of Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
• Experience with Terraform, Jenkins Shared Libraries, JCasC, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of Groovy, Bash, or Python on Linux, including command-line usage, plus build tools such as Maven, Gradle, or NPM.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and security tools such as CloudWatch, New Relic, SonarQube, Snyk, or Veracode; strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud or a similar cloud provider.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure Boards.
