What you will do
- Own the Aurora to Core product strategy, roadmap, prioritisation, and performance.
- Translate an AI-native vision into scalable products and reusable intelligence capabilities for core systems, broker workflows, and customer journeys.
- Lead discovery, define MVPs and pilots, establish success metrics, and determine whether AI, deterministic solutions, or operational improvements are the best path to value.
- Direct customer- and broker-facing AI experiences, including conversational AI, automation agents, and intelligence products.
- Lead a cross-functional squad spanning Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and QA while aligning Legal, Compliance, Operations, and GTM stakeholders.
- Represent the product stream in governance forums, manage AI compliance by design, optimise product performance, and coach Product Managers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management, owning complex products, platforms, or customer journeys from strategy through delivery and optimisation.
- Experience operating at Senior Product Manager level with ownership of product strategy, roadmap prioritisation, and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience leading and developing cross-functional product teams and coaching Product Managers.
- Proven ability to lead discovery, define MVPs, manage pilots, and deliver product launches with Design, Engineering, Data, and Business stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and customer judgement, technical fluency, data literacy, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with governance, compliance, and operational controls for AI, automation, and customer-facing digital products.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering AI-enabled, automation, or conversational products, including agentic workflows.
- Experience in financial services, lending, mortgage broking, property, or another regulated environment.
