Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work with regular in-person collaboration in the Bucharest office

Salary: RON 20,000–25,000 gross per month, plus an annual bonus of up to 10%

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for a core area of the compensation benchmarking product.
• Prototype and validate product concepts using AI-assisted development tools, then partner with engineering to turn prototypes into production features.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, data science, design, and other partners.
• Prioritize stories, epics, and themes based on customer value, business impact, and product strategy.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, investment, feature plans, and delivery communication.
• Shape competitive intelligence, product positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in data or analytics software.
• Experience defining product strategy, setting product principles, and delivering initiatives with measurable user and business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development or prototyping tools such as Claude, Cursor, or v0.
• Technical fluency in data and analytics platforms and the ability to work effectively with engineers, architects, and scientists.
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Ability to work in the Bucharest hybrid model and attend in-person collaboration when required.
