Director of Product Management (AI)

Location: London, England, United Kingdom. Hybrid work model with an expectation to work onsite at least 50% of the time when within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Deliver the strategy to transform six related products into one interoperable AI-powered Ethics offering over the next 12 months.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into product direction, priorities, and roadmap decisions.
• Quantify, scope, sequence, and continuously refine the product offering based on market feedback.
• Partner with engineering, UX, product design, and product marketing to ship high-quality products.
• Lead and develop a team of experienced product managers.
• Drive product discovery, requirements definition, backlog management, and portfolio performance tracking across multiple teams.

Requirements

• Experience building, shipping, and iterating B2B enterprise SaaS products, AI assistants, and AI agents.
• Commercial product mindset with the ability to evaluate success through revenue and customer utility.
• Experience owning a product portfolio and working across startup, scale-up, and corporate environments.
• Experience partnering with engineering and product design in agile development environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of risk, compliance, due diligence, or adjacent regulated industries.
• Familiarity with global regulatory environments or third-party risk ecosystems.
• Experience with platform integrations, APIs, ecosystem-based products, and integrating individual products.
• Experience taking new products to market or evolving immature products while balancing existing customers and acquisition.
