What you will do

• Define and execute the AI and GenAI strategic roadmap for Wholesale Bankhirify.global.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives and oversee the prioritization of use cases.
• Drive AI governance, compliance, and the implementation of responsible AI practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI Analysts and Copilot Studio Developers.
• Measure benefits realization and manage AI adoption and trainhirify.global programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
• Expertise in GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineerhirify.global, and AI governance.
• Proven experience workhirify.global with the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.
• Strong stakeholder and people leadership skills.
• Bankhirify.global, shared services, or BPO experience preferred.
• Must be based in Manila.
