ServiceNow Developer - HR Service Delivery (HRSD) (ServiceNow/JavaScript): Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform with an accent on HRSD modules, secure integrations, and compliant employee services. Focus on building HRIS, payroll, IAM, and document-management integrations, optimizing platform performance, and delivering tested production releases.
Location: Romania — Brasov, Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, or Timisoara

What you will do
- Configure and develop ServiceNow HRSD solutions covering Case Management, HR Services, HR Tasks, Playbooks, Agent Workspace, and Employee Center.
- Develop platform customizations with JavaScript, Glide API, client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and custom widgets.
- Build and maintain integrations with HRIS, payroll, IAM, and document management systems using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and transformation maps.
- Implement secure and compliant HR processes aligned with privacy and audit requirements.
- Perform unit testing, support UAT, troubleshoot HRSD and integration issues, and contribute to production releases.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, HR stakeholders, and support teams while maintaining documentation and sharing knowledge.
Requirements
- Several years of ServiceNow development experience with hands-on HR Service Delivery experience.
- Strong ServiceNow configuration, JavaScript, Glide API, and platform customization skills.
- Experience with HRSD Case Management, HR Services, Playbooks, Agent Workspace, and Employee Center.
- Experience developing and supporting IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP API, and data transformation integrations.
- Understanding of HR processes, data security, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
Nice to have
- HRSD Implementation Specialist certification.
- ITIL4 Foundation certification.
- Employee Center Pro and AI Search experience.
- CI/CD or automated testing experience.
