ServiceNow Developer/Administrator (ServiceNow)

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, or Gdansk, Poland

What you will do

• Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions for DXC customers.
• Administer ServiceNow instances and resolve incidents.
• Work with ITSM and ITOM modules and integrations using SOAP and REST.
• Prepare project documentation and share technical experience with team members.
• Participate in training and work toward new certifications.
• Provide afternoon-shift and rotating on-call support, including overnight and weekend coverage.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations or technical administration.
• Good written and spoken English is required.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and learn quickly.
• Availability for afternoon shifts and a rotating on-call schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience in Agile project environments.
• ServiceNow certifications.
• Knowledge of AngularJS and Ajax.
• ITIL process knowledge or ITIL certifications.
