TL;DR
Sr. ServiceNow Developer (ServiceNow): Designing, developing, and implementing solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, Discovery, Security Operations, and other ServiceNow modules with an accent on platform architecture, advanced scripting, integrations, and continual service improvement. Focus on building workflow-driven solutions, configuring complex ServiceNow components, mentoring developers, and maintaining integrations with other systems.

What you will do
- Design, develop, implement, and continually improve solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Build workflows, requested items, and tasks with product owners and stakeholders.
- Participate in or lead architecture and design decisions.
- Configure and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Develop Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, Service Portal and Employee Center components, notifications, Script Includes, and related platform features.
- Mentor developers, conduct peer reviews, document requirements and process flows, and support administration and reporting.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across at least three listed modules.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and scripting.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices, procedures, and governance.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
- Experience migrating from Service Portal to Employee Center.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow AI.
- Experience with Virtual Agent conversations and integrations.
