TL;DR

ServiceNow Developer (ITSM): Implementing, enhancing, and optimizing scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform with an accent on ITSM module and custom platform components. Focus on developing workflows, integrations, and business rules to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.

Location: Must be located in Poland and have EU citizenship. Hybrid work with visits to the office in Katowice.

Salary: 12,000 - 16,000 PLN gross/month (UoP) or 100 - 140 PLN/h net (B2B)

What you will do

• Implement and optimize ServiceNow solutions, primarily within the ITSM module.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and configurations.
• Develop workflows, integrations, catalog items, business rules, and script includes.
• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation and support platform upgrades and patches.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality enhancements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and advanced JavaScript scripting.
• Must be located in Poland and have EU citizenship.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL practices.
• English proficiency level B2/C1.

Nice to have

• Additional ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-ITOM).
• Experience with HRSD, SLO, or ITOM modules.
• French language proficiency (B2/C1).
