• Design and configure workflows, business rules, forms, and scripts to meet business requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical platform designs.
• Develop and support ITSM/CSM capabilities including portal, incident, problem, change, CMDB, and catalog.
• Configure and administer ServiceNow modules, automation, and integrations.
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate on platform enhancements and projects.
• Support UAT, production deployments, and maintain platform health through performance tuning.

Требования

• 5–7 years of professional experience in ServiceNow configuration, development, and administration.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
• Must be based in Brazil for this remote role.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow applications (CSM, ITSM, ITOM, SPM) and ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
