What you will do

• Design and implement REST-based APIs and integration methods for ServiceNow to ensure seamless data flow.
• Configure and script MID Servers and Integration Hub for system connectivity.
• Manage the full integration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications such as Workday, Azure AD, SCCM, Splunk, and SAP.
• Analyze existing workflows to recommend process improvements and optimize integration efficiency.
• Maintain detailed documentation of integration designs, processes, and configurations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow integration projects.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP, HRMS, and other business applications.
• Strong expertise in REST web services, API design, and authentication methods (OAuth, Basic Auth, certificates).
• Technical proficiency with LDAP, SSO, JDBC, Import/Export Sets, and Instance Data Replication (IDR).
• Strong analytical and conceptual design skills for solving complex integration issues.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and HR Service Delivery.
