Senior Specialist - Package Implementation (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Plan, design, implement, test, deploy, and support ServiceNow integrations across the full lifecycle.
• Build integrations with HR, ERP, HRMS, and other business applications using REST, SOAP, middleware, LDAP, SSO, JDBC, and ServiceNow integration tools.
• Configure ServiceNow Integration Hub and MID Servers, including scripting for REST and SOAP APIs.
• Implement data mapping, transformation logic, authentication, security controls, and data-integrity measures.
• Deliver Event Management, Service Mapping, Discovery, CMDB, and related ServiceNow integrations.
• Document integration designs and configurations, troubleshoot issues, and recommend workflow and process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow integration projects.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP, HRMS, and other business applications.
• Strong expertise in REST web services, API design, and authentication methods including OAuth, Basic Authentication, and certificates.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, MID Server configuration, scripting, data mapping, transformation logic, and integration troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual design skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional project teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday, Azure AD, SCCM, Splunk, SAP, or other business applications.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, and HR modules such as HR Service Delivery.
