What you will do

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Gather requirements with business stakeholders and technical teams and deliver ServiceNow enhancements and projects.
• Develop, test, and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize platform performance, stability, and reliability.
• Implement best practices, maintain technical documentation, and ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with business requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations, platform enhancements, or development projects.
• Experience developing API integrations and working with enterprise integration technologies.
• Third-level degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer certification.
