What you will do

• Lead the quarterly earnings process, including script preparation, Q&A, and cross-functional coordination.
• Refine and own the company’s investor narrative and external positioning.
• Develop executive- and board-level materials summarizing investor feedback and market trends.
• Manage engagement with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and capital markets partners.
• Provide market intelligence and advisory insights to the CFO and executive leadership team.
• Inhirify.global cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting required.
• 8+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or Corporate Finance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of SEC reporting, Reg FD, and public-company disclosure standards.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear investor-facing messaging.
• Executive presence and ability to engage credibly with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
