Location: San Francisco, California, United States; four days per week in the office and Fridays from home

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits

What you will do

  • Prepare quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, press releases, Q&A documents, and executive scripts.
  • Maintain investor-facing website content, analyst research, consensus estimates, and investor feedback.
  • Monitor fintech, neobank, consumer finance, and peer-company developments to assess competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, analyst days, scheduling, travel, briefings, and follow-ups.
  • Manage the investor relations inbox and CRM, including engagement history and ownership changes.
  • Update financial models, bridge analyses, and board materials covering shareholder trends and consensus versus guidance.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related discipline, with a strong academic record.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to connect income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under the stated San Francisco in-office schedule.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to public-company financial statements and SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
  • Familiarity with FactSet or Bloomberg Terminal.
  • Interest in fintech, capital markets, and institutional investor behavior.
