Investor Relations, Specialist

Location: New York City, New York, USA; hybrid home/office schedule.

Base salary: $88,000–$154,000 per year, plus annual bonus or commission, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Support investor communications, including press releases, executive messaging, earnings scripts, and quarterly presentations.
• Manage the Investor Relations calendar across quarterly earnings cycles, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and presentations.
• Assist with reviews of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, earnings releases, and investor materials.
• Support earnings preparation by proofing materials, preparing Q&A content, and coordinating scripts and presentations.
• Monitor analyst publications, conference transcripts, and peer-company earnings materials to provide insights to management.
• Build relationships with executives, analysts, investors, and internal partners across Finance, Marketing, and Legal.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, and/or Capital Markets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executives, analysts, and investors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or an equivalent field.
• Strong organizational skills and industry expertise.

Nice to have

• Experience with Banks and Brokers, Business Services, SaaS, or B2B industries.
• Advanced degree or MBA.
