Salary: $88,000 – $154,000

What you will do

• Support the creation of investor communications, including press releases, earnings scripts, and quarterly presentations.
• Manage the IR calendar, including earnings cycles, investor conferences, and non-deal roadshows.
• Assist in the quarterly review of 10K, 10Q, and 8K filings.
• Prepare materials for Q&A sessions and contribute to executive messaging.
• Monitor analyst publications and peer company earnings to provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, or Capital Markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with executives and analysts.
• Must be based in New York City to support the hybrid work schedule.

Nice to have

• Background in Banks, Brokers, Business Services, SaaS, or B2B industries.
• Advanced degree or MBA.
