Student Worker, Product Licensing

Location: Billund, Denmark; London, UK; or Boston, USA. Hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.

What you will do

• Work with licensees to build product portfolios for hirify.global-owned channels, including hirify.global.com, hirify.global Stores, and Merlin/hirify.globalLAND.
• Manage licensee pipelines and define strategic assortments using consumer and market insights.
• Support contract negotiations, forecasting, product portfolio management, and business reporting.
• Provide partners with strategic, creative, and brand direction.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute licensing strategies and business plans.
• Support sustainable product categories, partnerships, and experiences aligned with hirify.global brand values and KPIs.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a university program in business or a related field is required.
• Proficient written and spoken English required.
• Experience in consumer products licensing and with licensee partnerships at a leading brand.
• Experience supporting sustainability initiatives within licensing.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial understanding, data analysis, Excel, PowerPoint, and marketplace reporting skills; Adjuno knowledge will be taught.
