Industry Strategy Manager (AEC), Digital Project Delivery (AEC)

Location: London, United Kingdom; ability to travel internationally is required.

What you will do

• Contribute to the digital project delivery vision and industry strategy through market, competitor, and customer research.
• Lead cross-functional programs that take data management initiatives from strategy through launch.
• Translate ISO 19650 information management practices into product requirements and market positioning.
• Develop business cases, forecasts, executive briefings, sales plays, partnerships, and growth plans.
• Communicate customer value propositions and workflow requirements across Product, Platform, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Represent hirify.global at industry organisations and events focused on data standards and information management.

Requirements

• BS, BEng, or equivalent degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the AEC industry, strategy, product management, consulting, or go-to-market roles serving AEC.
• Demonstrable project- or programme-scale information management experience.
• Applied knowledge of ISO 19650, Common Data Environments, AEC data standards, interoperability, and information requirements.
• Experience with cloud-based design, collaboration, and management tools for architects, engineers, contractors, and owners.
• Ability to work across a matrixed organisation, communicate with varied audiences, and travel internationally.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Knowledge of cloud and SaaS technology and the related business landscape.
• Experience building product or portfolio business cases and forecasts and reporting results to senior leadership.
• Exceptional customer and market research, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
