Product Manager (UK Loans)

Location: London, UK; hybrid work. Work from home is available on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office collaboration on the other weekdays. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, execution, and growth of the UK direct-lending origination funnel and onboarding journey.
• Define the product roadmap and oversee delivery with Engineering.
• Improve conversion across web and mobile customer journeys through hypothesis-driven testing and data analysis.
• Use AI to build tools, automate manual workflows, and improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Credit, Data Science, Finance, Operations, Design, and third parties.
• Balance innovation with compliance, risk management, customer needs, and commercial impact.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Comfort working independently, managing a product line, and making delivery and prioritization decisions.
• Experience using Python or SQL for data querying, numerical analysis, and decision-making.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, collaboration, and process-management skills.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience working on mobile app products.

Hiring process
