Product Manager (WMS WorldCat Discovery)

Location: Dublin, Ohio, United States; hybrid work with three days per week on-site

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution for a public library discovery and engagement platform.
• Define product goals, business cases, roadmaps, annual plans, release plans, and product reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, finance, library partners, sales, and support teams.
• Analyze markets, competitors, customer needs, user personas, product wins, and losses.
• Develop pricing, positioning, customer acquisition, retention, and product marketing plans.
• Lead cross-functional product workgroups, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in library services or library management systems.
• 2–4 years of experience in product, project, or program management.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting online or database services, preferably in the library field.
• Strong communication, presentation, product lifecycle, financial planning, and financial forecasting skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Dublin, Ohio, with three days per week on-site.

• Experience managing staff or leading teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional workgroups.
