Focus on defining measurable outcomes, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and monitoring customer issues, market trends, and competitor activity.

Location: UK, London Wall. Hybrid work from the office and home with flexible hours. A Netherlands salary range is also listed for roles performed in Amsterdam.

Salary: €71,700–€119,600 annual base pay for roles performed in Amsterdam, subject to a collective labor agreement.

What you will do

  • Own discovery, specifications, and lifecycle delivery for several identity and access management features, including cross-product functionality.
  • Define and sequence the roadmap for the assigned product area.
  • Gather customer, market, and product data insights and translate them into requirements and solutions.
  • Lead go-to-market and ongoing support activities, including stakeholder communications.
  • Define and calculate success metrics linked to business outcomes.
  • Prioritize customer issues, defects, and feature requests while monitoring identity and access market trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in product-focused roles.
  • Experience owning products, features, or significant areas of product functionality.
  • Strong customer focus and demonstrated success delivering measurable business impact.
  • Excellent analytical, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments and understanding product strategy and business objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a technical or business-related degree is preferred.
