Solutions Engineer (m/w/d)

Location: Munich, Germany or Gdynia, Poland; flexible hours and mobile working are possible. Worldwide travel is required.

What you will do

• Provide expert WDM knowledge to regional pre-sales teams.
• Design technically optimized and economically viable solutions based on customer specifications.
• Complete and support the technical sections of tender responses.
• Prepare technical sales materials and deliver customer presentations.
• Train pre-sales personnel on products, solutions, and tools.
• Share market trends with business development and product line management.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or physics.
• Experience with network providers, data centers, system integrators, or telecommunications and router equipment manufacturers.
• Advanced knowledge of Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM).
• Ability to meet deadlines, respond quickly, make autonomous decisions, and work independently.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication; additional languages are beneficial.
