What you will do

• Partner with the European Sales Organization to drive growth and deliver advanced technical customer solutions.
• Support strategic opportunities and major tenders via site assessments, technical audits, solution design, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Conduct wastewater treatment surveys, process evaluations, and operational audits to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and facilitate technical training programs for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D, Global Product Management, and Application Teams for new product introductions and technology validation.
• Quantify and communicate customer value using technical case studies, sustainability assessments, and ROI calculations; maintain technical documentation and application tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in industrial and/or municipal wastewater treatment technologies (including sludge treatment and dewatering technologies).
• Experience with municipal tendering processes.
• Strong understanding of coagulants, flocculants, and process chemicals.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to travel across Europe (approximately 50–70%).
