Technical Field Support Northern Germany (Automotive)

Location: Schorndorf, Germany; field support across Northern Germany. Residence in Northern Germany is preferred, or willingness to relocate to the region.

What you will do

• Visit workshops and distribution partners to present automotive products and services.
• Plan and deliver technical training sessions, factory tours, and product presentations.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and assess customer complaints and warranty claims.
• Support Sales at customer events, trade fairs, and hirify.global Techtalks.
• Develop technical training and information materials and document activities in the CRM system.
• Collect market, competitor, and customer intelligence while building long-term partner relationships.

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational qualification, ideally as a Master Automotive Mechatronics Technician or equivalent.
• Several years of automotive-industry experience, preferably in technical field service or the automotive aftermarket.
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent German and English skills required.
• Customer focus, independence, professional confidence, and good CRM and Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel extensively, approximately four days per week.
