What you will do

• Provide pre-sales technical support and act as a technical partner to the Territory Account Executive and channel partners.
• Represent hirify.global solutions in customer engagements and translate technical capabilities into value-driven proposals.
• Coach and enable partner Systems Engineers to sell, compete, and scale their business with hirify.global.
• Review and validate solution sizing, quotes, and technical architectures.
• Drive adoption of sales and technical tools across the partner ecosystem.
• Coordinate specialists, training teams, bootcamps, technical events, and workshops, escalating complex inquiries when needed.

Requirements

• Professional B2B experience in technical support, customer-facing, or pre-sales work.
• Familiarity with enterprise storage, data management, and current or emerging IT infrastructure architectures.
• Strong self-motivation, initiative, organizational skills, and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to explain technical value to varied audiences.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
