Solutions Engineer (AdTech)

Location: United Kingdom - London; hybrid work environment. Only candidates local to the posting location will be considered.

What you will do

• Review and investigate advertiser-submitted fraud claims for Offerwall campaigns using SQL, Databricks, and internal analytics tools.
• Determine claim outcomes, including publisher chargebacks, claim declines, and partial compensation, based on evidence and fraud policies.
• Maintain fraud detection heuristics, monitor emerging mobile ad fraud patterns, and report claim volumes, outcomes, and trends.
• Monitor the outsourced customer support team's SLA and quality performance for end-user tickets.
• Identify support root causes and improve workflows through AI-assisted triage, response automation, and self-service options.
• Partner with Product, Data, Sales, anti-fraud teams, and the support vendor to inform product and policy decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in analytics, fraud or risk, trust and safety, customer support operations, or sales and solutions engineering.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills; experience with Databricks or similar data platforms is preferred.
• Evidence-based investigation skills, business judgment, and comfort making decisions with financial impact.
• Experience or strong interest in support operations, outsourced team management, process improvement, and AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills, independent prioritization, and willingness to travel periodically.

Nice to have

• AdTech or mobile app ecosystem experience.
• Familiarity with DT Exchange and DT Fairbid.
