What you will do

• Manage branch priorities, performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and the overall client experience.
• Lead branded sales processes and grow consumer and business household relationships through consultative interactions and community involvement.
• Coach employees to deliver technology-enabled, omni-channel banking solutions and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Attract, onboard, retain, coach, and develop branch team members while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of related experience and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, communicate clearly, and make sound decisions.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and FDIA regulations.
