Location: Methuen, Massachusetts, United States of America; onsite branch-based role

Salary: $72,200–$120,300 annual, USD

What you will do

• Manage all branch activities, including customer and employee experience, transactions, servicing, digital engagement, operations, and sales.
• Direct sales and business development activities to achieve profitability, sales, and annual operating goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff; conduct interviews, select employees, and manage performance.
• Identify Retail and Business Banking needs, grow business relationships through proactive outreach, and build community partnerships.
• Resolve complex account servicing and customer issues while maintaining ownership through final resolution.
• Process Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000 and maintain compliance, security, fraud prevention, and audit controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least three years of sales experience and two years of managerial experience or proven leadership ability.
• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products, services, profitability, and client relationship management.
• Ability to coach exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and collaborate with personnel and business partners.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, email, and common PC software.
• Maintain SAFE Act federal registration requirements and complete required M&T certifications and licensing within the specified timelines.
