Internal Account Executive (IoT)

Location: Nottingham, UK; office-based at the HQ in Stapleford

What you will do

• Manage signed Jola dealers and resellers, keeping partners informed about new products and developments.
• Onboard existing and new partners, reactivate dormant accounts, and follow up partner leads.
• Demonstrate Jola products and train partners to use company portals and new solutions.
• Support joint selling through conference calls and webinars.
• Maintain accurate partner and prospect records in CRM and company systems.
• Coordinate with internal sales, follow up meeting and training actions, and participate in weekly internal training.

Requirements

• Degree-level education or proven achievement in an identical role.
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisation, time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to learn products, systems, processes, and technology quickly and work independently.
