What you will do

• Lead full lifecycle SaaS implementations from discovery and design through configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are consistently met.
• Facilitate client workshops and requirements sessions to understand workflows and define success criteria.
• Document processes, requirements, and configuration specifications while improving internal onboarding SOPs.
• Partner with Sales, Product Development, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and product enhancement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing consultative guidance on solution design.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or consulting.
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proficiency in project planning, issue tracking, and risk management.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by 401K and US-specific benefits)
