TL;DR
Implementation Manager (SaaS/Healthcare): Delivering client implementation projects in a telehealth service environment with an accent on project planning, software configuration, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination. Location: On-site in Lima, Peru; hybrid work model availability is also mentioned. Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00.

What you will do
- Support all phases of client implementation, including onboarding, enhancements, escalated issues, and go-live activities.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, agendas, and status recaps.
- Configure and test software workflows to meet specific client requirements.
- Troubleshoot system issues, develop workarounds, and escalate risks and blockers proactively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and participate in client status calls and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain project documentation, follow SOPs, report implementation progress, and improve technical and operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in SaaS or ERP implementation, digital product delivery, or a similar client-facing technical role.
- At least 2 years of experience with software configuration, troubleshooting, low-code tools, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- C1 English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work on-site in Lima, Peru; a hybrid work model is also referenced.
