What you will do

• Own the full vendor lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, contracting, renewals, and relationship management.
• Coordinate procurement and lifecycle management for company hardware and IT equipment.
• Track software subscriptions, identify duplicate or unnecessary tools, and manage renewal approvals.
• Run KYC/KYB processes, maintain vendor documentation, and coordinate with Legal on MSAs, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Build scalable automations, trackers, reports, and compliance packages while supporting ad hoc operational requests.
• Act as the main operational contact for third-party vendors and confidently manage incomplete responses, deadlines, and escalations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, finance, procurement, or a similar field.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing track of deliverables.
• Confidence pushing back on vendors, timelines, and incomplete information.
• Clear communication in English.
• Experience with AI-driven workflows, process optimization, and operational automation.
• Must be based in Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Serbia, or Spain.
