Location: ACT (Amsterdam - Acanthus), Netherlands; hybrid work combines home work with regular office collaboration.

What you will do
- Execute Source-to-Contract processes and manage the strategic contract lifecycle for assigned technology vendors.
- Develop vendor plans with objectives, contractual focus areas, value-creation initiatives, and continuous-improvement actions.
- Build supplier relationships, monitor performance and third-party risk, and lead strategic vendor review meets.
- Negotiate contracts cover scope changes, renewals, updated requirements, and disputes, and manage contract approvals and signatures.
- Assess product and service quality against contractual terms, monitor obligations, and implement contract improvements.
- Support technology category strategies, supplier consolidation, preferred-supplier lists, and supplier innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience in procurement or vendor management, preferably at a strategic level.
- More than 2 years of experience manag strategic technology vendor relationships, with knowledge of software and services.
- Experience in the IT category and knowledge of the local Netherlands market.
- Perfectly fluent business English and Dutch language proficiency are required.
- Experience work with offshore teams and manag critical and strategic contracts.
- Knowledge of regulatory matters, cloud, cybersecurity, legal aspects, stakeholder management, analytics, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
