Supply Planning and Logistics Manager

What you will do

• Plan production builds and coordinate material movement to factories, global warehouses, and across Asia.
• Manage Asia Distribution Center operations, importer-of-record activities, and relationships with 3PLs, carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Provide import and export guidance to factories and logistics partners, including the movement of dangerous goods and other regulated materials.
• Coordinate with demand planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and suppliers to maintain inventory levels, timely deliveries, quality, and contract compliance.
• Analyze logistics cost per unit, on-time delivery, inventory turns, and other KPIs to support supply-chain planning.
• Implement manufacturing and logistics strategies in Asia to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize supply-chain disruptions.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in logistics and supply planning.
• Strong knowledge of import and export operations and China customs regulations.
• Substantial experience with bonded-zone logistics and warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Experience with Tier 1 contract manufacturers, strategic suppliers, high-volume hardware production, and material movement.
• Experience with global customs compliance and internal workflow systems such as NetSuite, Arena, and Confluence.
