Community Development & Partnership Associate (AI)

Location: Long Island City, New York, United States; Monday and Friday work-from-anywhere policy

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 base annually plus incentive compensation

What you will do

• Own top-of-funnel lead, referral, and applicant-start targets.
• Build and manage relationships with community-based organizations, workforce providers, city agencies, libraries, and other mission-aligned partners across New York City.
• Represent hirify.global at community events, workshops, and partner meetings.
• Execute and optimize paid marketing, referral, partner-sourced, and alumni referral channels.
• Track channel and partner performance through dashboards, identify underperformance, and improve conversion.
• Use AI tools to automate outreach follow-ups, data cleanup, reporting, and lead-generation tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in community outreach, partnerships, marketing, business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building, organization, detail orientation, and follow-through.
• Comfort working with data and dashboards to track channel and partner performance.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships, channels, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to use AI tools to work more efficiently.
• Passion for expanding economic opportunity and supporting historically underserved communities.
