Developer Marketing Lead (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Salary: $200,000–$240,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own developer awareness and adoption across the funnel, from first exposure through first API call and production deployment.
• Produce technical content including benchmark analyses, integration tutorials, launch posts, and comparison guides.
• Build hirify.global's presence across X, LinkedIn, GitHub, conferences, workshops, and AI developer communities.
• Develop co-marketing assets with customers and partners, including joint blog posts, demos, tutorials, and social campaigns.
• Translate product launches into developer-focused narratives with proof points and concrete use cases.
• Work with DevRel on demo repositories, example workflows, integration guides, and developer funnel analytics.

Requirements

• Personally shipped technical artifacts such as benchmark posts, tutorials, integration guides, or open-source projects that generated measurable inbound or community engagement.
• Deep understanding of how developers discover, trial, evaluate, and adopt APIs and infrastructure.
• Active technical presence on X, LinkedIn, and GitHub.
• Strong technical writing skills, including the ability to explain tradeoffs clearly.
• Data-driven approach to prioritizing content and measuring developer awareness and activation.
• Background as a developer, technical product manager, or DevRel engineer with hands-on API experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI infrastructure, developer tools, or API-first companies.
• Experience working with partnerships teams and supporting partner relationships through content and assets.
• 20K+ followers across developer- or AI-focused platforms.
